Description

This simple Cranberry Apple Cider Detox Drink combines unsweetened cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and lemon or lime juice for a beverage aimed at boosting energy and digestion.

  • 1 cup (250ml) 100% unsweetened cranberry juice (no sugar added)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (preferably raw, unfiltered with ‘the mother’)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients: Pour the cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and fresh lemon or lime juice into a glass.
  • Add Ice: Add the ice cubes.
  • Stir and Serve: Stir well to combine. Serve cold immediately.

Notes

  • Cranberry Juice: Use 100% pure, unsweetened cranberry juice, not cranberry juice cocktail which contains added sugars.
