This simple Cranberry Apple Cider Detox Drink combines unsweetened cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and lemon or lime juice for a beverage aimed at boosting energy and digestion.

- 1 cup (250ml) 100% unsweetened cranberry juice (no sugar added)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (preferably raw, unfiltered with ‘the mother’)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and fresh lemon or lime juice into a glass.
- Add Ice: Add the ice cubes.
- Stir and Serve: Stir well to combine. Serve cold immediately.
Notes
- Cranberry Juice: Use 100% pure, unsweetened cranberry juice, not cranberry juice cocktail which contains added sugars.
- Apple Cider Vinegar: Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar containing “the mother” is often preferred for potential health benefits, but any apple cider vinegar will work.
- Lemon/Lime Juice: Freshly squeezed juice is recommended for the best flavor.
- Taste: This drink is intentionally tart. If it’s too strong for your taste, you can dilute it with a little water. While not traditional for a “detox” drink, a tiny amount of natural sweetener like stevia or a drop of honey could be added if absolutely necessary for palatability.
- When to Drink: Often consumed in the morning on an empty stomach, but can be enjoyed anytime.
- Storage: Best consumed immediately after mixing.
