Description

A delicious smoothie, with fresh cantaloupe melon, strawberries, and creamy yogurt. Refreshing and packed with vitamins for a healthy glow!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh ripe cantaloupe, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice OR 1/2 small peeled orange
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients: Place the diced cantaloupe, strawberries (fresh or frozen), Greek yogurt, orange juice (or peeled orange segment), and ice cubes into a blender.
  • Blend: Secure the lid and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more orange juice or water. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or frozen strawberries.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Fruit: Use ripe cantaloupe for the best flavor. Using frozen strawberries will result in a thicker, colder smoothie.
  • Yogurt: Greek yogurt adds protein and creaminess. Use plain or vanilla based on your sweetness preference. Regular yogurt can be substituted but will be thinner.
  • Liquid: Orange juice adds flavor and sweetness. Using half a peeled orange provides more fiber. Water or another milk can be substituted.
  • Variations: Add a handful of spinach (you won’t taste it!), a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds for extra nutrients.
  • Storage: Smoothies are best enjoyed immediately after blending for optimal freshness and nutrient content.
